I have a billing or account question/request
- I just started the trial and you already charged me $x.xx?!
Rest assured, you were not actually charged that amount. As stated on the payment page, we authorize the first renewal amount -- it's not an actual
charge, just an authorization. If you paid with a debit card, sometimes the money is temporarily charged, but in all cases if you cancel the trial you will receive the money back within 3 days.
- I want to unsubscribe and cancel all future billing
To unsubscribe, if you paid with PayPal please call them at: 1-402-935-2050. If you did not pay with PayPal, please use this form. You can also try calling us at 1-888-379-3883, M-F 11am-5PM EST.
- I cancelled my subscription and you still charged me
Most likely what happened was you cancelled your subscription right after your payment was due on your billing cycle. If you believe this was an unauthorized transaction,
you may submit an unauthorized charge claim here.
- I did not authorize you to bill me
- I want to know how to delete my account
Simply click the checkbox next to "Disable my account" on the edit profile page.
- I forgot my password
If you forgot your password, you MUST reset it.
- It says my email is already taken when I try to register
Please use the reset password form to login to the account. If you want it removed, login and delete the account.
